Giving your Home Inspection our full attention

During your home inspection, you and the home deserve our undivided attention. Most of our home inspections are rural, thus we typically do not schedule/inspect more than two homes in a day.  This means that we won’t have to rush through the inspection to squeeze in another inspection and your future home’s unique details will have our complete attention. Join us at the inspection to learn about the home and to discuss all of your questions and concerns. We take our time to discuss findings and explain them to you without technical jargon.

Easy to Understand Reports

Within a few hours after the home inspection has been completed, we will send you a link to access your inspection report. You can open your report, which has been generated using Spectora software, from any computer or mobile device. This report contains detailed information about the home and explains conditions discovered during the inspection.

Working with your agent you can use the Repair Request Builder (How it works) to assemble a project list for the home to aid in negotiations with the seller.

Radon testing results are typically the same day when devices are picked up. Water test results are typically 24 hours or more depending what tests are being preformed.
