Bruce Jones – CEO & Lead Licensed Home Inspector
Bruce has been inspecting homes since 2012, is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), AARST, and the Virginia Association of Real Estate Inspectors, and licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Bruce has more than 35 years of experience in building and renovating homes and rental property maintenance. He also has experience as a residential/commercial field inspector for Insurance Underwriters, country wide catastrophic insurance adjuster/appraiser and certified Insulated Concrete Form installer. He brings his experience, knowledge and craftmanship to Radiant Home Inspections located in Central Virginia.
Bruce adheres above and beyond the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
Some of his hobbies include traveling, photography, computers / IT, gardening, and beekeeping.

Susan Jones – Radon Measurement Technician
Susan is a NRPP Certified Radon Measurement Technician. She deploys and picks up radon measurement devices and extrapolates radon level results.
Qualifications include: NRPP 111284-RT (measurement) and Virginia Notary
